• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

• The App must not be used in any unlawful manner or for purposes not outlined in this ToS.

• When using the create product list feature, users may input an email address to send product lists to designated personnel. The email addresses may be temporarily stored within the App to streamline future use, but they are used solely for sending product lists.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any damages or data loss that may arise from the use of the App.

• The hardware (tablet) provided through a paid subscription is included as part of the service. However, users are responsible for covering any damages to the device caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents during use.

• We reserve the right to modify this ToS at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
